An API call is any request to our API, such as sending a notification, checking delivery status, or querying analytics. Each send request counts as one API call, regardless of which underlying provider handles the delivery.
Yes! PigeonMailer uses your own provider API keys (BYOK). You continue to pay Twilio, SendGrid, AWS SES, etc. directly at your negotiated rates. We only charge for the intelligence layer and unified API.
On the Starter plan, API calls will be paused until the next billing cycle. On Growth plans, you can continue at overage rates. Enterprise plans have custom arrangements.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We support Twilio (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp), SendGrid, AWS SES, Mailgun, Postmark, Telnyx, and more. New provider integrations are added regularly based on customer demand.
No long-term contracts required. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. We also offer annual billing with a 20% discount.
